Lifeforce Coaching is a full-service health coaching program built on the 5 Pillars of Health: sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and relationships. It's not just fitness. It's not just nutrition. It's a comprehensive, science-backed approach to optimizing your entire lifestyle — with expert guidance and accountability at every step.

Yes. Your initial 30-minute virtual discovery session is completely complimentary. It's a chance for us to learn about your goals, explain how the program works, determine whether self-pay coaching or insurance-covered Medical Nutrition Therapy is the right fit, and figure out the best path forward — no strings attached.

We offer standalone RD Nutrition Counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy as à la carte services, separate from our membership programs. That said, one of the things that makes Lifeforce Coaching unique is our whole-person approach. Most clients find that addressing all 5 pillars — not just one — leads to dramatically better results.

A Registered Dietitian (RD) holds a master's degree, has completed over 1,200 hours of supervised clinical experience, upholds national ethical standards, and has passed a board-certified examination. RDs understand the biology of the body and how food interacts with it at a clinical level. They are qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT), accept most health insurance, and use nutrition and supplementation to help manage disease. A nutritionist does not have this level of education or clinical training and cannot legally administer MNT. A health coach takes a broader approach — incorporating all aspects of health into a comprehensive plan rather than focusing on one area alone. What makes our founder unique is the combination of all three: a Registered Dietitian, a certified personal fitness trainer and strength specialist with 20+ years of experience, and a health coach who brings the 5 Pillars of Health together in one program with guidance and accountability.

Health coaching focuses on the whole person — not just one piece of the puzzle. At Lifeforce Coaching, we combine clinical expertise in nutrition and fitness with a structured framework (the 5 Pillars of Health) and real accountability. Unlike many programs that hand you a plan and leave you to figure it out, we stay with you — coaching, tracking, and adjusting — so you actually get results and keep them.
-
Accountability is built into the program. You'll have regular check-ins, ongoing coaching, and tools to track your progress. We don't just set goals — we help you follow through on them. That's the difference between a plan and a partnersh

We design your plan around your actual schedule and capacity. The initial time investment is manageable, and we start with simple, achievable changes so you're never overwhelmed. Life doesn't stop because you're working on your health — we build around it.

Yes — for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services provided to clients located in Massachusetts, Florida, Arizona, California, Michigan, or Virginia. We are currently in-network with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, and UnitedHealthcare across all six states. Co-pays, if applicable, are due at the time of service. Please note that health coaching services are self-pay only and are not billable to insurance.

Health coaching is a comprehensive, lifestyle-focused service built on the 5 Pillars of Health and provided on a self-pay basis to clients nationwide. Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a distinct clinical service provided by a licensed Registered Dietitian to address specific medical conditions through evidence-based nutrition intervention. MNT is only available to residents of our six licensed states and may be covered by insurance. During your free consult, we'll help you understand which service is right for you.
-
No problem — you can still work with us. Health coaching services (including all memberships, personal training, and non-clinical à la carte services) are available to clients nationwide on a self-pay basis. Our 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month membership programs are open to anyone, anywhere in the country. Medical Nutrition Therapy, however, is only available to residents of Massachusetts, Florida, Arizona, California, Michigan, and Virginia due to state licensure requirements.
-
If your insurance provider isn't listed among our in-network plans, we are considered out-of-network for MNT services. However, upon request we can provide a Superbill — a detailed invoice — that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider in advance.
-
Eligibility for insurance coverage and the clinical necessity for Medical Nutrition Therapy are determined during your initial 30-minute free consultation. We'll verify your insurance, review your health needs, and confirm whether MNT is the right fit — before you commit to anything.
-
Yes. All memberships are billed monthly, and discounted rates are available for clients who pay their membership in full at enrollment. We want to make this accessible — if you have questions about cost, bring them to your free consult and we'll walk through your options.
