All health coaching services — including our Ignite, Build, and Legacy memberships, personal training, and all non-clinical à la carte services — are provided on a self-pay basis. These services are available to clients nationwide, regardless of state of residence. Monthly payment plans and paid-in-full discounts are available.

Lifeforce Coaching offers two distinct service tracks — and it’s important to understand how each one is structured, because they have different availability and payment options.
medical nutrition therapy (MNT)
Clinical Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a distinct service provided by a licensed Registered Dietitian. MNT is currently available to residents of:
Massachusetts, Florida, Arizona, California, Michigan, Virginia
In-Network Insurance Providers (for MNT in all 6 states above):
Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, UnitedHealthcare
Co-pays, if applicable, are due at the time of service.
out-of-network insurance
If your insurance is not listed above, we are considered out-of-network. However, we can provide a Superbill (a detailed invoice) upon request, which you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
